Learning is a life-long journey

Although we all know the golden rules of success, there is a huge gap from people to people. We all know that IQ was not the only difference between one people and the other. Some of the strongest performers do not have the higher IQ scores. Some of the smartest people are not doing well. We have to learn something, such as the conceptions, theories and the like. But these things are not impossible and I am firmly believe that everyone could handle those conceptions if he/she worked hard andlong enough. I come to the conclusion that what we need is a much better understanding of people and learning from a motivate perspective and form apsychological perspective.

Sometimes, I ask myself who is the successful people around me and why? One characterizes emerged as a significant predictor of success. It isn’t social intelligence, it isn’t good looks, physical health and it wasn't IQ. It was grit. Grit is passion and perseverance for long-time goals. Grit is sticking with our future, day in and day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but foryears, and working really hard to make that future a reality. Grit is like living life, and it's a marathon not a sprint. To me, the most shocking thing about it is how little we know, how little our science knows, about building it.
