越来越发现想学的东西太多之后，最后实际达成的效果存在大打折扣的现象。精要主义应用的重要性就体现出来了，知道到做到的关键词，重复重复再重复！没有多次的重复，是没法从知道到做到的，不要老是想着很快的进入新技能的学习，精进的步骤：反复的刻意练习！

精要化个人学习：

1、英语学习，看英文原版书《Principle》、《Animal Farm》、《The Elements of Statistical Learning》、《Flipped》、《Succeed--How we can reach our goals》、《How to read a book》就这6本了，不能再增加了，复习完《Flipped》、《Animal Farm》、《Principles》后再考虑增加其它阅读。过年前完成除SL外的其它书籍完整阅读。
2、编程与ML学习：《The Elements of Statistical Learning》与《统计学习》阅读，Kaggle编程实践与精进，遇到不懂得就去深入学习。
3、健身：持续锻炼，针对可能疼痛的地方有针对性的拉伸学习与训练。

利用输出来倒逼自己输入：写到这里就发现自己真的一周下来，并没有太多东西可以写，除非还是再去写今天学习到的新知识，自我的思考其实还很少很少，不过这不重要，先从输出自己逼自己输入了的东西开始吧，好歹过了一次脑子，进步肯定是会有的。来吧，刻意练习吧！
