It's really stressful when your work cannot get the feedback you deserve. Have you talked to your manager about the problems and suggested for support, training or something? You mentioned the management is new, so it may probably take time before it goes more smoothly. What do you think？ If you have done all that you can and nothing's change, then how about you try other job opportunities? You are such a good worker that I think it's not a problem for you to search for a better job!
As for your relationship with Tia, if you don't mind, I'd suggest you first relax yourself before thinking over it. Because I believe people are not able to analyze stuff clearly when they are with heavy physical and mental burden. What about go hiking this weekend? We can enjoy the soothing scenery for a while, which will be useful for refreshing and uplifting ourselves. If you have anything in mind, please let me know anytime.
