Since 21st century, along with the increasing social competition, the balance between work and life, much to people’s annoyance, has become a perplexing problem. Nine-to-five work hinders most people who pursue high-quality life instead of being workaholic. From my perspective, there are two effective ways to make work and life balanced and I will explain them all.
On the one hand, it is beneficial for staff to reduce the work time by improving the efficiency of finishing work. That is to say, people should enhance their professional skills in order to be stand out in a crowd, which can make them fully engrossed in work. Hence, there is enough time left that can be allocated to spend on personal life leisurely.
On the other hand, on the side of the relevant enterprises, measures to reduce the excessive workload should be given to their employees. That is especially true that people who are working for a company required multitasking spend more time on working. In other words, advocating a wholesome way of working can give people abundant time on life and work in a merry mood.
In conclusion, balancing work and life is not only a personal endeavor, but also a corporate contribution. Only by making joint efforts, will we achieve our ideal living and working conditions.
