this report aims to assess and summarise the satisfaction survey of our services and deals with the situation with specific means.

finds

to better survey customer satisfaction with our services, I use three methods to investigate the service.

first of all, I offer a questionnaire to all customers in our outlets, if they finished the questionnaire will get coupons as a reward.

At the same time, we visit customers by telephone and email, please their given some suggestions about our staff's work attitudes.

finally, the high consumption capacity customers will get a rewards survey.

Following the survey statistics,

the positive and negative received were obviously and clearly.

the positive feedbacks were we possess enough staff to introduce different production and assigned everywhere in the outlet, and the staff enthusiasm was high. and wear clearly and decent clothes. by the way, the employees always smile on their faces specifically.

the negative aspect is the staff has not distinguished production functions and regions,

for example, we will see several employees around one client who makes him embarrassed, but other clients do not attention alone.

the other things were the staff services of sense were too lowery, even no reaction when customers had some needs.

so we should modify managerial ways to identify each staff function and duty,
