How to keep away from the mobile

In my opinion, I guess that everyone has some different kinds of dependents, not only including emotions and economic, but also involving some bad habits such as procrastination, playing the mobile phone games and going shopping on line and so on. Facing these negative behaviors, we certainly feel disturbed.

For me, I often relied on my mobile phone to watch some funny videos in the past, so this habit wasted my spare time and caused procrastination to miss my personal plan. I must admit that the mobile phone lets peoples have a good relationship with other persons. It’s very convenient that people can communicate with anyone anywhere in the world and it’s free. However, we have our own plans every day. So long as reducing using the mobile phone ‘s time, our life will be better. Today, I’d like to share with you how to overcome the habit to use the mobile phone for a long time.

first suggestion is that unload the mobile phone software wasting our spare time. In today society, we can try to imagine that if our mobile phone only can be used to call and send messages, how do we use it? To be honest, In my opinion, implementing the action may be unrealistic. In fact, we need to change our cognition and awareness for the mobile phone, then our anxiety can be reduced. For example, we can finish the work perfectly without it. It means, while focusing on the work, we try to adjust thirty minutes not to touch the mobile phone. Over time, we can add the time to keep away from it. After our work is finished, awarding ourselves to read or reply some messages for five to ten minutes is tolerable. A warm warning is that we’d better to close the internet if we decide to start doing the work. In this way, we can avoid some information interrupting our thinking.

Second, I strongly recommend that shifting our attention in the spare time by doing other hobbies to prevent the mobile phone’s obstructing. We can try to find an interest or hobby. When we want to hold the mobile phone, doing other things replaces the negative habit. For me, I like to cut the fruits platter and do exercise. These hobbies let me recover my attention instead of clinging the mobile phone.

Finally, I ‘d like to share with my faith’s influence for correcting my bad habits, such as going shopping on line. After becoming a Christian, I keep on reading the Holy Bible for thirty minutes every day. The Holy Bible requires me doing right things per the Lord’s commandments. Obviously, it’s very negative if I often use mobile phone for long time not to do my personal plan. My bad behaviors don’t suit God’s taste and I will be tempted by devils without God’s blessings. Thus, when I waste time to do some depressing things, I will pray for forgiving my sins to the Lord. Over time, my life quality improves step by step. For my present life, I can ignore the mobile phone’s existence and insist in learning English for more than two hours every day. In my eyes, God’s grace lets me correct many harmful habits, so I must rely on the Lord intently to finish my new year resolutions, no other objects can be attracted me again.
