Who does destroy you?

They said we were the generation being destroyed by the cell phone. It seems true that we can not live without cell phones. We always looking at screens of the phone. We open the WeChat, apps to look for something. But we don’t really know what we really want to look for.
It’s not the phone destroying you but you are the one who destroyed you. You can’t control your feelings, your times and your behaviors. If you have a clear goal, if you have a plan, you must pursue it. But you don’t wanna to find your dreams, you don’t do your best to realize your dream, so it’s you who let the cell phone destroy you.
