Dealing with frustration

Now, I want to talk about what you should do when you feel frustrated.

Like when you feel overwhelmed with all the things that you need to know and they all seem impossible, and you are getting stuck on, like thing after thing, you just feel like frustrated.

What should you do?

I think the first thing you should do is take a break.

For example, you have probably been staring at that piece of of code for too long. you feel frustrated, and the problems confused you, you don't known what to do...

Like you know if you are not getting a moment to just let your brain think about something else it will get stuck much easier.

So take a break. Sometimes sleep on it.

The best solutions come to me when I think about my problem before I go to sleep, and then the next morning I wake up,I try to tackle that thing that I got stuck on yesterday, the sollutions come to me just so much easier.

For some miraculous reason, it's like I set my brain is like working on it while I am sleeping.

So take a break, let your brain rest, go and exercise, go for a fast paced walk, or go for a 30 minute swim, etc...

So don't be so hard on yourself. Don't just sit there and rip your hair out and be like "Why can't I do this? Why is my code not working?"

We have all been there before. But it's not the right thing to do.

So, take a break, have a moment to yourself.

Think about something else.

Look at something else and then come back to it.

It's always going to be there for you.

You problems don't just run away.
