whether it can be more beneficial to have multiple teachers to teach students？

Education, the foundation of country’s development, as triggered heated discussion and debates upon what kind of education methods best suits the students. Teaching young students by only one teacher, in many people’s view, can be more beneficial to students’ future development. Contrary to their view is my perspective that young students are supposed to be taught by various teachers. The reasons are twofold.

To begin with, having multiple teachers to teach young students contributes to enhancing the study efficiency. To be more specific, with dissimilar teachers teaching students, the young kids can feel innovative and interesting, making it possible for them to concentrate better during the lesson. The more concentrated the kids in class, the higher efficiency they have during lesson. Take my young sister Emma as an example. She attended a school where lessons are taught by different teachers. When she has art class, her teacher is a vigorous young man which always makes the class atmosphere joyful because of his good sense of humor. When having the math class, the respectable old lady can always figure out every problems students meet in class. Due to the teachers’ diversity, my sister has good concentration and thus, gets high efficiency. Therefore, more teachers to teach young kids can help improve study efficiency.

In addition, different teachers can help students master more skills in a young age. To put it more specifically, with diverse teacher resources, students can be able to learn different things from the multiple teachers, making it possible for them to handle different types of skills in a young age, which can be rather beneficial in their future life. Take my friend Lily as an example. When she was young, she went to a school which has a large amount of teachers. Her music teacher was adept in playing guitar and he taught it to my my friend. In the same way, my friend learned how to play cube, how to sing a song beautifully and even the skills to debate with others. Equipped with all the diverse skills, Lily gets really popular and has a rather bright future. Thus only by being taught by dissimilar teachers can young kids learn the diverse skills which can be really useful in their future life.

Admittedly, teaching young kids with only one teacher has few advantages, such as better understanding on students and closer relationship between the teacher and young kid. However, compared to better studying efficiency and more skills equipped with kids, we can also assume that it is obvious that letting more teachers to teach young men is more advantageous.

To sum up, having more teachers teach young children can not only bring better working productivity, but also help them handle more useful skills. Seeing all the advantages, there is no doubt that rendering different teachers to teach students will be a better choice for the young students.
