Ptunnel for Windows

ptunnel是一个应用程序，允许您通过可靠的TCP隧道连接一个远程主机，并使用ICMP回送请求和应答包，俗称ping请求和回复。对于学校的糟糕网络来说，这是一个不错的应对措施。
以前写过Linux下的版本，更加完善，今晚发的Windows勉强能用（年代久远）。
服务器
Windows Server 下安装很简单：
