所谓＂爱之欲其生，恶之欲其死＂。人从哪里来？人从爱欲中来；人到哪里去？人从恶中死去。
A saying goes like“ We want him/her to be immortal when loving someone, while want him/her to be dead when hating someone”. Then, where is man coming from and where is man going to ? Man derives from lust and dies in evil.
人是爱欲的产物，因为爱欲人类得以不断地繁衍。爱欲是生命的源泉，然而三界十方，生死相续。当人在爱欲中诞生的那一刻，也就意味着死亡的到来。不悟得真理，人永远不知道生命的真谛，人永远不知道怎么摆脱生死，同样人也永远不知道自己因何而生，又因何而死。
Man is the outcome of lust, by which man is multiplied. Lust signifies the origin of life. Then, life and death continue after coming through on the world. At the moment man is born from lust, it prophesies the coming of death. Without realizing the life truth, man will never understand the essence of life. And man will never know how to cast off their relations with life and death, and what does he/she live as well as die for.
说到摆脱生死，绝大部分的人不会相信，因为死亡是人类世界的常态，谁也无法抗拒。但了悟真理的智者，却能从人类由生到死的常态中找到一条解脱之路，这是何等的境界啊！这种可以突破死亡的方法说出来也许不会有几人能信。是的，真理往往掌握在少数人手里。然而，怎样才能真正到达摆脱生死的境界呢？
Most people don’t believe on casting off the relationship with life and death, because death is the normal state of the world where human lives and nobody can resist it. However, the wise man who realizes the life truth can achieve moksa in man’s normal state from birth to death. What an amazing state! Seldom do people believe on the method in freeing oneself from death. For sure, the truth is usually mastered by few people. So, how can we reach the moksa state?
那就是，勇敢地断除爱的欲望，这里包括爱人、爱物、爱名、爱利等等。人因爱而产生贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴、邪恶、骄傲等五种毒害身体的因素，于是烦恼、忧苦和悲伤油然而生，于是生、老、病、死如实到来。如此这般，完成了生命由生到死的过程。
The way is to break off affectional greed, including the people and things you like, reputation, treasure and etc. Man begins to have the five emotions that may poison his body such as greed, hatred, ignorance, evil, arrogance and the like due to affection, following with annoyance, worries and sorrowfulness, and eventually birth, aging, disease and death are doomed to come forth. In this way does man finish his life from birth to death.
我们很难断除爱的欲望，但至少我们要明白人生的真正含义。因为有生死，我们才有了努力的空间；因为有生死，才有着更多的可能。唯变所适，学习在于求证。
It’s hard to remove our greed on what we like, but at least we should understand the real meaning of life. With life and death, we have space to strive for; with life and death, there are more possibilities. Learning lies in proving, so we should adjust ourselves to the right circumstance.
