DIAR 报告：机构投资者开始转向场外比特币交易市场
据 Diar 12月17日公布的分析报告指出，Coinbase 的场外比特币交易量首超 Grayscale 的比特币投资信托基金（GBTC）的场外比特币交易量。2018年，Coinbase 在场外（OTC）交易时段的比特币交易量同比去年增长了 20%，而 GBTC 交易量同比下降了 35%。
DIAR Report: Institutional Investors Started to Shift Towards OTC Bitcoin Markets
According to a analysis published by Diar Dec.17, Coinbase outperformed Grayscale’s Bitcoin Investment Trust (GBTC) on OTC markets in terms of BTC trade volume. In 2018, Coinbase reportedly saw a 20 percent increase in BTC trading volume during OTC markets hours, while GBTC saw a 35 percent drop in volumes comparing with the same period in 2017.

Iranian Official Believes Blockchain Can Drive Economic Growth
According to Alireza Daliri, a Deputy for Iranian Management Development and Resources at the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, the integration of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies could provide a much-needed boost to the country’s economy. While also acknowledging the certitude about the countries that have expressed concerns over the growing risks of blockchain’s application, Daliri believes the positives far outweigh the drawbacks that it has, also adding that his department is looking into how they can exploit blockchain in developing various aspects of the country’s economy in the future.

UBF’s chairman, Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, claimed that the discussed initiative represents an effort to create and maintain a “thriving banking ecosystem.”

诈骗网站：比特币“生成器”

SCAM：Bitcoin “Generator”
Located at bitcoin-generator-2018.bid, a website claiming to be taking advantage of an unexplained “exploit” in Bitcoin to “generate” coins on behalf of its users has scammed more than .8 BTC to date. The way the scam works is simple enough: it tells you to input a Bitcoin address where you’d like to receive an amount of BTC, which you select. You then click a button and a JavaScript runs which aims to fool you into believing that the thing is actually hacking the Bitcoin network on your behalf, and submitting transactions to the network in order to “generate” coins for you.

Bibox 收购 Dex.top 100% 股权

Bibox Acquired 100 Percent of Shares in Dex.top
According to News Bitcoin, Bibox, a Chinese digital asset exchange, has acquired 100 percent of shares in Dex.top, a decentralized ERC20 exchange that also operates from Beijing. Officials refused to discuss the price of the deal, saying it was “private.” Bibox, which handles $236 million of trading volume daily, said Dex.top will help expand its product offering.
