Udo's Adult's Blend Probiotic Capsules are the answer I have been looking for for decades. I have been dealing with IBS since my early 20s and have tried many of the fiber powders, fiber capsules, laxatives and suppositories.
Nothing really helped for any length of time. I happened to see the capsules listed when I bought Udo's oil and decided to give them a try. In two days time I was " normal". Actually normal.
It took decades but I have found my answer. Thank you !

I've noticed results within the first 48 hour of taking these. I'm on my second bottle. Despite some reviewer concerns about the unrefrigerated packaging, I decided to try it anyways and I'm glad I did.
I have Prime so I know by the time it leaves the warehouse to my door will result in a minimal decrease in the live cultures. In addition, I've only ordered during the colder months, so perhaps when I know the hot summer months are coming, I'll order enough bottles to get me through.
I will buy again and I do recommend!
