Summary Session 01 to 02 December 2018

The weather was very cold and not really good because the air was slightly polluted.

Morning class~08:20 to 10:20

We had 6 players and did warmup and played a match with another class.

After the match we did shooting drills.

Second Class~10:20 to 12:20

We had 12 players

1～Warm up

We did dribbling with the ball using both feet in a marked area.We also did ball juggling and ball familiarisation to improve balance on the ball.

2~Technical drills

We did running with the ball,dribbling,passing and ball control.We did these drills operating from different set positions turning and interchanging on the centre of the pitch which was marked with 4 cones.We also did shuffling foot over the ball to improve on strengthening.

3～Match

We played 4 v 4 match where some of the skills learnt were applied by the players.We then did some dinamic stretches after the match.
