百事公司史上首个外籍 CEO 卢英德（Indra Nooyi）于2018年10月卸任。在12年的“掌舵”期间，她推进了健康产品的销售以及研发，降低了产品成本，同时避免了百事旗下业绩良好的零食部门的出售，推动了百事从饮料公司向全球健康食品与饮品双巨头的转型。虽然卢英德为百事创造了不错的业绩，但是在其之后走马上任的 Ramon Laguarta 还将面临许多新的挑战。
