The tips that I give to you when you  graduate: find a good Shifu(师傅) is better than finding a good company.

And second is that, stay there for at least 3 years, better for 5 years. Do not leave. If you changed at the first time, you screwed.  This is my true experience.

When I graduated from university. At the gate, I took my  luggage. I was leaving the university. My president said: you come. And I go and  say: yes, Sir. What do you want? He said, you go to that school, be a teacher, 5 years, don't leave. And I said: OK. So five years do not leave. I hated to be a teacher. I was trained to be a high school teacher. I hated to be a teacher, because in China nobody, no boy, wanted to be a teacher. I'm sorry at that time, right? But I kept my promise. I did not know my pay was only 92 RMB a month. I can not survive myself. How can I find a girlfriend? But for the first two years I stayed. And third year,  there's an opportunity in shenzhen, giving me 1200 RMB a month, which is more than 10 times, so attractive. When I think about it, I said, well, promise is a promise, I have to stay. So I stayed. I worked for another two years. There's a Hainan opportunity give me 3600 RMB. And I said: No, I keep my promise. So after six years, I love to be a teacher.

大意是：毕业时，找一个好师傅，跟他学三年，这比进一家所谓的好公司更重要。一家好公司可以给你赚钱的机会，但一个好师傅能帮你激发内心的热爱。

Jack Ma用自己的经历再次说明：机会重要还是热爱重要？热爱！热爱！热爱！
