Changing Lifestyle

Despite I have done a lot of things every day, such as learning English, doing yoga, playing piano, I still think that I haven't make full use of time, and haven't had a good lifestyle. This must need to be changed.

I think maybe I am a night-owls, because when it is dark, I usually begin to do things very efficiently, the more quiet the night, the more efficient my work. On the contrary, I usually waste a lot of time during the day, surfing the internet for one or two hours, or going off into wild flights of fancy. I don't know why, maybe it is more quiet at night than in the day, maybe I begin to realize the whole day will be passing when it is getting dark. These days I usually go to bed after 1:00 a.m. and get up after 9:00 a.m. I think it is not a good habit, although everyone has their own biological clock, go to sleep after 11:00 p.m. is not a healthy lifestyle. So, I should change my bedtime and rising time, and make full use of time in the day instead of in the dead of night.

In addition to this, surfing the internet or going off into wild flights of fancy too much is also not a good healthy lifestyle. This few days, something happened that reminded me of the past, I often get lost in thought, and I was even moved to tears by myself. But now it seems that this behavior is very stupid. I should reduce the time for too much thinking which is not good for mental healthy. Instead I should spend time on meaningful things, such as reading books, writting essays, learning English, even having a noon break, etc.

Good habits lead to good future, cherish the present and keep going on.
