Learn to be quiet
Immerse the mind
And lessen the desire for things
Learn to be in zero
Let everyday as a new beginning
When you are in upset
Just have a cup of tea
Listen some soothing music
Close the eyes,reflect on the people and things around you
Sort out the new future slowly
Or sit cross-legged ,take meditation and read scriptures
These are the breaks
These are also a form of spiritual practice
