Finally, I got on the train back to Jinan. I have to admit this was a very valuable business trip for me. I learnt so much from this class and especially from these bosses who came from both home and abroad. It was much more shocking to be surrounded by so many bosses than watching them on TV.
One boss is a well-known star entrepreneur and it was so exciting to stay so closely with him. He was so responsible for every task arranged to his team that many students surrounded him and took picture of him. I was deeply touched by his serious attitude and regret when I thought of my behaviors and attitudes. I could read his confidence and fortitude from his eyes and body languages.
There were three entrepreneurs who flew from America. They are Chinese -American and when they were surrounded by dozens of native-born Chinese, we could easily figure them out because they looks so strong and so American comfident. They were arranged to be interviewed at 8:30 am this morning and when I came to the classroom at 8:15, they just came into the classroom. Before one of them stepped onto the stage to introduce his business plan, he quickly put on his formal suit. I could figure out the difference they behaved from the other domestic bosses.
The other thing one of these Chinese-America astonished me was that they very valued their rights and they would act to protect their rights . This boss appealed to the simulated government for his right but the governor told him he should find evidence to persuade him. He said nothing and walked toward his chair. I stood near him and I saw him searching on the phone and a little while , he won back his rights by the relevant legal terms he seached out on the internet. And finally, his business plan was ranked second among so many plans. As for us, we already give up our rights when we are told our rights are being deprived. This boss appealed for his rights and act to protect his roghts. We have to learn from them in this respect.
Another phenomenon was that these bosses' overall views are much more bigger than their executives when so many bosses and executives met toghether and we could easily pick up bosses from these students. But in our own company, we always complain our boss is so stupid.
