原计划是奔着跑步锻炼的,没想到却竟变成了步行锻炼,花的时间翻倍,长度并没有翻倍,效果也就大大降低了,而且步行过程中路过小吃店,深夜的美食是无法抗拒的,深深的罪恶感!怎么才能少吃一点呢?
