        Speaking of communication,I have to say I get a deep understanding about it after my second job.As a teacher in training organization,the communication is crucial eapecially in such a special period.Because of outbreak of COVID-19,I have to have a class online for students,so the communication between me and patriarch become more and more frequent.

        First of all,I have to send message on class this week in wechat group,and I have to send it again 15 minutes earlier before having class.And even in this way,some students are always late,so I have to call their parents to remind it's tine for class now.

      To be honest,I enjoy my class very much with such clever and innocent students.And after class,I'll give them homework this week,and eventually I can take a break.

      Students will send their homework one by one in wechat group,and after correcting the homework I have to talk about their performance in class and whether they have any other questions with their parents.Some patriarch is so nice,but some others are not.

        They always complain the negative effect on their children taking online class and it is bad for their eyesight with 1.5 hours every class.Right here right now I have to emphasize the importance of studying English constantly and I hope we can understand each other,and also we will review the knowledge students have learned in online class with toatally free.Gradually,things get more easy and I have to say it's really a challenge but also a great opportunity for me to improve myself.

        at last, I wish students can go back school as soon as possible because I miss all of you so much!
