（同死推定）
二人以上同時遇難，不能證明其死亡之先後時，推定其為同時死亡。
（The presumption on the order of death）
If two people die at the same time, and there is no evidence that whoever dies first, then assume it's the same time.
第 12 條
（成年時期）
滿二十歲為成年。
（The standard of adulthood）
Those who turn 20 years old are adults.
第 13 條
（未成年人及其行為能力）
（The civil capacity of minors）
未滿七歲之未成年人，無行為能力。
Minors under seven years old have no civil capacity.
滿七歲以上之未成年人，有限制行為能力。
Minors over seven years old have a restricted civil capacity.
未成年人已結婚者，有行為能力。
Minors whoever married would be regard as having a civil capacity.
